Nikola Hagleitner

Nikola Hagleitner became CEO of the Post & Parcel Germany division and a member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Post DHL Group in July 2022. She has been responsible for Sales within the Post & Parcel Germany division as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) since April 2021. Post & Parcel Germany is the market leader for mail and parcel logistics and employs some 200,000 people in Germany. Its focus is on its core business – transporting, sorting and delivering documents and goods. The company is further strengthening its role in the industry as the leader in social and environmental sustainability. Nikola Hagleitner came to Deutsche Post DHL Group in 2005 and has held various positions involving consultancy and strategy in Florida, USA, and in Bonn, Germany. In 2013, she assumed the position of CEO, Industrial Projects, in the DHL Global Forwarding division in London, UK, before she became responsible for DHL Global Forwarding’s worldwide sales and marketing as Global Head of Marketing & Sales in 2019. Nikola Hagleitner has a Magistra of Law and an MBA in International Management.
