Lessons learned from building a million parcel network in 18 months

In 2020 PostNord Sweden took the decision to start a parcel locker network in Sweden. 18 months later the first incarnation was in place with 3000 boxes in 1500 locations and 1 million parcels delivered. What have we learned from this very aggressive expansion. We share our findings from choosing a vendor to developing our placement AI tools.
