Nomkhita MonaNomkhita Mona is the Group CEO of the South African Post Office since April 2021, having held several CEO positions in various public and private sector industries since 1999. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Rhodes University and a Master’s in Labour Relations & Human Resources from the University of Port Elizabeth, now Nelson Mandela University. She also holds a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology and a BA (Honours) in Industrial Relations.

SAPO’s Post Office of Tomorrow strategy re-engineers the organisation’s role within society to ensure its relevance in the long term. At its core, this strategy directs the organisation’s transition from its role as the traditional conveyor of letter-post to an integrated logistics and e-commerce service provider. Additionally, the strategy aims to position SAPO as a leading provider of Digital Business Hubs and Digital Identity Services. The Post Office of Tomorrow strategy comprises Five Strategic Business Pillars, which drive the following strategic objectives: 1.
