Lati Matata is the Director of the UPU’s Postal Technology Centre. He has been part of the UPU community for the last 23 years, delivering technology solutions that support the UPU’s global postal supply chain. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Governance and Leadership.
