    Cédric Hervet (PhD in Mathematics, Co-CEO) will share insights from a decade of digital projects in the parcel and postal sector, both the ones that succeeded and those that failed, and the key factors that make the difference, from data foundations to leadership and change management. In 2025, as technology providers, we are witnessing a true paradigm shift in how AI is perceived: the race is on, and there is a clear acceleration in the digital projects driving the market. Yet many operators are struggling to separate hype from real value. We could clarify the distinctions between GenAI, classical AI, and mathematical optimisation, and explain how each of these approaches can play a role in building an effective and profitable technology strategy.
