DAY 2: Opticon Sensors shows its newest mobile computer

Opticon is showing the H-35, the newest mobile computer with Android 11, at this year’s Parcel+Post Expo.

Some key features include the Opticon 2D imager barcode scanner, Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC. The 4G, wi-fi and Google mobile service-supported H-35 comes with a high battery life for workers on the go. Built to withstand the toughest work environments with its rugged design and IP65 rating, the Opticon H-35 also has a two-year warranty.

The H-35 can be used in a wide variety of markets such as logistics, postal, services, industrial and transportation. This rugged mobile computer has been designed to improve efficiency on the worksite as well as efficiency in data gathering and mobility processes. Due to its various features and accessories, the H-35 provides an all-in-one solution that raises performance and efficiency as well as optimizing communication among departments in complex work environments.

Mounir Jalal, area manager at Opticon Sensors Europe, commented, “We are one of the original manufacturers of barcode scanning, and we’ve been operating in the market since 1979. Our scanner features an IP 67 or 65 rating, Gorilla Glass and a 5.5in display. What sets our scanner apart from the rest is its speed as well as the fact that we create our own scanning engines and it's our own software that runs them.”
