Mariella Buisson

Mariella Buisson is the CEO of Seychelles Postal Services since June 2021. Dedicated to transforming Seychelles Postal Services to ensure it stays relevant, and reinvents itself as a key logistic player in the region, enabling local and international ecommerce by adopting digitalisation and streamlining processes to offer customers a seamless service. Mariella believes that the post’s long-standing history and network as the original logistics provider is an asset that can be built on and developed to enhance economic development. With over 20 years’ experience in the luxury retail market, Mariella has experience in retail, finance, operations, people management, logistics, ecommerce, revenue regeneration and business development. Mariella previously worked for the Ralph Lauren Cooperation in the EMEA region as the Senior Director of Finance and Operations in Store Development. Mariella holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of Kent at Canterbury and completed the Retail Masters’ Program from Oxford University Said Business School.
